The Serbian Football Union Disciplinary Commission imposed a ban on making incoming transfers of 17 clubs from the first three levels of the local championship via online football matches - the Super League, the First League and the third division. The ban enters into force on 18 June when the summer transfer period in Serbia opens. The reason for the penalty is arrears in the payment of due amounts under the contracts, unpaid fines and fees of judges and officials. The debtors are Radnicki (Nis), who will play in the Europa League tournament and appoint Nenad Lalatovic as a coach, as well as Vojvodina (Novi Sad), Rad (Belgrade), Napredak (Krushevac) and Zemun. From the second level, he is also a newcomer in the elite Dynamo (Vrane), whose duties are even the smallest. The ban on each of the indebted clubs will be lifted individually at any time when they themselves provide evidence of debt clearance. The clubs have to take into account what they promise and what they offer, there are people who have no other income but also professionals, it is not right to give clubs a break, and then these deferments become an endless waitsay the Serbian Football Club.
